VoxScript grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Transfer or sublicense the app to third parties
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

🎯 Acceptable Use

You agree to use VoxScript only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for:

• Content You Transcribe — Ensuring you have the right to transcribe any audio or video content
• Copyright Compliance — Not using the app to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Legal Compliance — Following all applicable laws regarding recording and transcription in your jurisdiction
• Consent — Obtaining necessary consent when recording conversations with others

💳 In-App Purchases

VoxScript offers optional in-app purchases:

• Subscriptions — Auto-renewing monthly subscriptions that can be cancelled anytime
• Lifetime Purchase — One-time payment for permanent access
• Payment Processing — All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store
• Refunds — Refund requests must be made through Apple per their refund policy

Subscription management and cancellation is handled through your Apple ID account settings.

🔄 Subscription Terms

For auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription

🤖 AI Processing

VoxScript uses on-device AI for transcription:

• Accuracy — While we strive for accuracy, AI transcription may contain errors
• No Guarantee — We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of transcriptions
• Review Recommended — Important transcriptions should be reviewed and edited as needed
• Local Processing — All AI processing happens on your device

📁 Your Content

You retain all rights to your content:

• Ownership — You own all audio, video, and transcriptions you create
• Local Storage — Your content is stored only on your device
• No Access — We cannot access, view, or retrieve your content
• Backup — You are responsible for backing up your own content

⚠️ Disclaimers

VoxScript is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of transcriptions
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxScript and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Errors or inaccuracies in transcriptions
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the app

🍎 Apple's Terms

Your use of VoxScript is also subject to:

• App Store Terms — Apple's App Store Terms of Service
• Apple EULA — Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement
• Apple as Beneficiary — Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms

In case of conflict, Apple's terms take precedence for matters relating to the App Store.

📝 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of VoxScript after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

🚫 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to VoxScript at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
